Bottle Study III, Peonie oil 16"X20" Marilyn Eger

This is a piece I did about 20 years ago. I did an entire series around the bottle and it's transparency in an impressionist style. This peonie was to wonderful to resist so it wound up in the still life. I also did a calla lily series, most of which have been sold long ago. The dryed calla is on the left.
