"Male Head" M3

This is the drawing of a male head that I did as an assignment for Module 3 (a module is like a unit or one weeks work) In this module I had to do a female and male conte drawing on gray paper. It is about 13" X 18". I had to be careful with the white as it is easy to put to much on and that flattens the head. Also if I blend to much it is to smooth which is also not good. I learned a lot about cast shadows and form shadows. Before this class all shadows were the same. Not any more!
