Ya know how chickens and roosters fly short distances and walk all over the things in the barnyard? Well, this guy is strolling across the track protector of a crawler. The crawler was from in front of the Delicato Winery. Out at the ranch several years ago, one of the chickens layed her eggs nestled in the tracks of a crawler and I thought that would make a wonderful painting...yet the moment passed I missed it. This is again a 6" X 6" oil on masonite board painted around the edges and ia $120.00. The work is at the 20th Street Gallery in Sacramento. See the link in this blog. Have a great day!
