"West Coast Marina"

This is another one of my paintings from the landscape class at the Academy of Art University, S.F., Ca. I used the most detail on the boats to set up the focal point and as things recede into the distance yellow disappears 1st, then red, so things get bluer and softer and less intense in the distance. This is an 11" X 14" oil on canvas. Click here to buy at $500.00 unframed.

Marilyn - these landscapes are so full of color and mood. Very nice. Thanks for adding me to your blog list - what an honor for me!
